Cover Reveal: Land of Corn Chips by Angela Carlie

Eleven-year-old Nate Hansen never believed in dragons before an eccentric man with a purple-feather hat kidnaps him. Spirited to the Land of Corn Chips on the back of a mechanical yellow dragon, Nate must find a way to avoid being ground into compost. His only hope of escape is to earn the friendship of the local wrestling gang and zombie kids, and to believe in a parent he no longer trusts.

This is a book that my mom and I will read together. I wonder why the book is called Land Of Corn Chips and what it is about. It looks interesting. 

Super Tooth! By Annika Rossi ( Me)!

One day Mr. Tooth was coming out of his house. He was about to go in his car but then Evil Electric shocked Mr. Tooth, then Evil Electric was out of sight! Now Mr. Tooth was.... SUPER TOOTH! When he went to bed he felt different. The next morning, Super Tooth had to see Evil Electric. On the way, Super Tooth met a brown bear picking flowers. Super Tooth said "hello little bear". " Well hello to you too said the bear. My name is Flower said Flower". " My name is Super Tooth said Super Tooth. Can you help me defeat  Evil Electric"? " Yes I can" said Flower. " Then we should go now" said Super Tooth. But way up the mountains, Evil Electric's Gard dog's were watching Super Tooth and Flower. " Tell me something about Evil Electric" said Flower. " Well Evil Electric is a plug of lightning and he his the reason I'm super" said Super Tooth. "But why is he evil then" said Flower. " A long time ago, Evil Electric was just a nice plug but he went outside on a stormy day and he got shocked" said Super Tooth. " Wow! I can't believe that's true" Flower said. " But it's true" Super Tooth said. While Super Tooth and Flower were talking, a little frog  came by. " Rib bit, Rib bit, Rib bit" the frog said. But Super Tooth and Flower went on. They were almost to Evil Electric's house. His Gard dog's came barking at Super Tooth and Flower. So of course, Super Tooth and Flower ran and ran. Then the dogs' went to sleep. Super Tooth and Flower tiptoed passed the sleeping dogs' and went inside. Super Tooth could hear Evil Electric snoring for his life! Now Flower could hear too. Then, all of a sudden there was a big crash! Stars fell in the house. But Evil Electric did not wake up! Next lightning hit the house and sure was Evil Electric up. Super Tooth took Flower and flew to a hiding spot. " I'm scared" Flower said. " There is no reason to be" Super Tooth said. Evil Electric cried out" THE LIGHTNING  THAT SHOCKED ME YEARS AGO CAME BACK! Flower felt bad for him. Super Tooth was going in. Super Tooth told Evil Electric to calm down. Evil electric said"OK". Flower came up the stairs. Evil Electric was looking for Super Tooth because he was sorry for the cause. Super Tooth said that it was" OK ".  Evil Electric was now MR. ELECTRIC AGAIN! Flower said " WOW"! Then all three of them laugh. They said their good-byes then Super Tooth and Flower went home with happy memories!
I like this book because I made it. It was such a good book to write! I hope you liked it has much as I liked to write it. I just made that story with four pictures from a magazine. A tooth. A brown bear. A plug. And a picture of two dogs. Well enjoy.    

Animal Ark- Dog at the Door By Ben M. Baglio's

                At animal Ark, Mandy Hope helps her parents treat animals of all shape and sizes. Even outside the clinic, Mandy can't resist helping any animal in need. One night, Mandy finds a distressed golden retriever tied up outside Animal Ark- with no sign of her owner. The dog is expecting puppies, and it doesn't look like there's a long wait! Who would leave a pregnant dog on a stranger's doorstep? Mandy can't believe anyone could be so cruel! Can she find the dog's owner before the puppies arrive? This part was found on the back of Animal Ark- Dog at the Door.

So then Mandy and her friend James, help the dog for her first litter. They get a call from the dog's owner twice. The first call was to tell them what the dog's favorite food. Then the 2 call was to tell them what the dog's name. The dog's name is Kimble. James makes a box for Kimble to relax before her litter. Then one day at the Animal ark, Kimble was about to have her first pup! It was a boy. Then there was a girl! Then a another boy. But he was weak, and he would not make it alive. Next a lady came and she had a girl dog with her too. The dog was licking Kimble's pups! Then Kimble was in action now! She now was taking care of her pups! Then Kimble's owner came to see her. Kimble got excited to see someone she new. Kimble's owner fond out what Mandy and James named the pups. The one boy was Jake and the one girl was Pippa. The weak pup died. But then Kimble's owner, Kimble, Jake, and Pippa were a big family. And lived happily ever after!

I like this book because it has a happy ending! My family is big and happy too. There could be some similar things a dog could have and humans. Like having a big happy family. I think you should read this book because it is a nice story! This was a good book!

Pixie Tricks Sporty Sprite

This time Violet, Sprite, and Leon have to trick 7 more pixies. They run into Ragamuffin. She steals socks. They have to make her wear something that matches. Next more trouble at the park. Sport is up to this and she is cheating in soccer. To trick her you have to make Sport  play fair and square. Violet joins the soccer league for girls to trick Sport. But this is hard to do because Violet is on the team against Sport. (What a nightmare!) Nightmare or not but Violet is still on the team. Violet has to be careful because Sport goes on the soccer ball and moves around. Then Violet can't get the ball in time because the ball goes one way then the ball goes the other way! This is not pleasent for Violet. Not one bit. Then Sprite calls the fairy Queen for help. She says that you can have Sport's magic against her. Violet now knows what to do. She moves to the place where the ball is going to land then a quick move to the other side and her team wins! It was 1 to 0. Then a big tunnel came to get Sport. But in the background, there was wizard Finn! He helped the fairies escape from the other world. He was not happy that Sprite, Violet, and Leon tricked Sport. But now, there are only 5 more fairies to trick! Who can be tricked next?

I like this book because it's mostly about soccer. Soccer is a fun sport. I use to go to soccer camp in the summer time. It was a blast with my friends too. Just like Violet and her friends!

Pixie Tricks Double Trouble

This is about a 9 year old girl name Violet and she meets a real pixie! She is amazed of the sight she is seeing. The pixie's name is Sprite and he needs Violet to help him to trick 14 other pixies' back to his world. With the help of Violet, the fairy Queen, and Violet's cousin Leon Sprite is almost done of his job. This time they have to trick two dwarf that steel puppies from the park. Sprite puts a spell on Leon to make him a puppy to see where the dwarfs took the other puppies. But there was no luck because the dwarfs tied Sprite and Violet to a tree. Leon ( A dog) was found too and put with the other dogs. Soon Violet talked to the nice dwarf to let them go and he did. Violet and Sprite talked to Leon to talk to the other dogs to clime on each other to get out. Leon becomes a human again and run home. The dwarfs find them and are angry at them. Violet let the nice dwarf keep one of the puppies that does not have a family. But the mean dwarf is not happy. Sprite tells him about his favorite human food and the mean dwarf is now another nice dwarf. Then the dwarfs are tricked by commanding Sprite and Violet. Now there are still are pixies to be tricked by Sprite, Violet, and Leon!

I like this book because it is funny and about pixies! Pixies are my favorite make-believe thing! The whole set is full of excitement.
